About Us
Learn & Grow OT was founded by a passionate neurodivergent Occupational Therapist, dedicated to supporting children and empowering fellow therapists. We provide therapy for children aged 1 to 10, along with mentoring and resources for paediatric OTs.
For Children
We take a strength-based, evidence-informed approach to help children achieve their goals. Our therapy is neurodiversity-affirming, fostering positive connections through play and engagement.
For Therapists
We offer 1:1 and group mentoring to support professional growth, whether you're looking to refine your skills or explore neuroaffirming practices. One-off sessions are available for targeted support.

Cheri
Strecker
Director &
Occupational Therapist
Cheri is a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children through play, connection, and neurodiversity-affirming strategies. She has extensive experience working within NDIS and Early Childhood Services, supporting neurodivergent children including Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and developmental delays.
With a strong commitment to lifelong learning, Cheri has completed professional training in Interplay Family Therapy and Neuro-Affirming Practice. She is a Basic Provider of DIRFloortime® and qualified to assess and prescribe Special Purpose Car Seats. Alongside therapy, she enjoys creating engaging resources for fellow OTs.
Outside of work, Cheri expresses her creativity through painting and art projects, and enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
